Secret of the Stole - Teil 4 / Hint 4

Glücklicherweise habe ich den Hint geschafft bevor die Erkältung zuschlug :-D Seit gestern Halsschmerzen - wie so viele hier - und heute zusätzlich noch beginnende Schnupfen. Habe heute Mittag frei und trabe gleich ins Bett und ratze.

Fortunately I finished hint 4 before I got a cold. Since yesterday I have a sore throat - like so many of us around here - and today the sniffles begin :-( I have half the day off and I will take a nap.

Close-Up Hint 4 (ich hab' ein paar Perlen zusätzlich eingfügt, die aber leider auf den Fotos selten sichtbar sind / I have added a couple of beads to that hint which are really diffilcult to see on photos in general):

Hint 1-4:
